Scheduled Classes and Programs (excluding Camps)
Pre-registration and full payment is required for all classes so that we can be sure to have enough space and ingredients for everyone. We understand that schedules change, but because class size is limited and we use only the freshest ingredients, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a class, call us at least 48 hours in advance and you will receive full credit toward a future class. We regret that we cannot offer make-ups with less than 48 hours notice, or issue refunds after registration. Remember that you always have the option of sending a friend in your place – just be sure to let us know.
Pre-registration and full payment is required for our camp programs. We regret that we cannot offer refunds, schedule changes or make-ups after enrollment.
Birthday Parties & Private Events
A deposit is required to secure your party reservation. Because we commit to set aside our space for your event, we regret that we cannot refund your deposit if you need to cancel for any reason.
Change Policy: Changes to date or time need to be requested at least two weeks prior to event date and will incur a $100 change fee. Changes to event date/time within 1 week of event date will incur a $200 charge. All changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy: While we strive hard to ensure all parties happen as scheduled, should you decide to cancel, the following policy applies. All cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit amount. Cancellations within 2 week of event date will incur 50% charge of the final price.
We are committed to offering safe and healthy food for all. We are dedicated to using all-natural, minimally-processed ingredients, as well as organic and locally-grown foods when feasible.
We are a nut-free facility and do not use any peanuts or tree nuts in any of our classes or programs. And we strive to accommodate other allergies and dietary restrictions, including gluten, dairy, egg and soy. Please do understand that while we use best practices to avoid cross-contamination, our space and equipment have been in contact with gluten, dairy, egg and soy.
Please be sure to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions (including their severity) at the time of registration. Whether we can accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions depends on the particular recipe(s) and the severity of the allergy. For example, if your child is allergic to egg, can they still be around it provided they do not ingest it? And if your child is allergic to nuts, can they have ingredients that were processed on equipment or in a facility shared with nuts (an issue sometimes with breads, chocolate, etc).
Disclaimer: While we are a nut-free facility, ie, we do not use/allow any types of nuts, we are unable to guarantee that certain pre-packaged foods we use have also been produced in nut-free facilities.
